Plant-based, Organic Wine Dinner

Ristorante Gemelli is launching an alternative plant-based menu with this month's wine dinner. Whether it's for your health, animals' health or because you love veggies, we invite you to see how Italians do this. We will pair our menu with a beautiful mix of biodynamic and organic wines, domestic and Italian. 

Appetizer

Cornmeal-crusted oyster mushrooms served over tomato chutney, topped with toasted pistachios and drizzled with Fondo di Trebbiano

Salad

Baby greens featuring seasonal market vegetables

Entree

Zuchini linguini topped with hearty  eggplant, mushroom and fried tofu, topped w/  vegan cheese

Dessert

2 Candied Figs - one topped with almonds and orange zest  & one covered in dark chocolate
